There was a page that really inspired me a lot

An ambitious Allstar pursues her lofty dreams of becoming Thai AirAsia's first female pilot.
In 2003, Sitang Tantiatsawayothee left her job as an electrical engineer and joined Thai AirAsia as a flight attendant. It is because she felt that a more challenging and fulfilling career lay ahead. When Thai AirAsia announced that they were recruiting cabin crew, she applied and became part of the first batch of flight attendants.
During her training as a cabin crew member, she was inspired by her instructor who'd once been a cabin crew before becoming a pilot. It was her lifelong dream to become a pilot. Then, she applied to become a student pilot, and was one of six female student pilots to successfully make the grade of co-pilot.
Being one of the first female to become a Thai AiAsia co-pilot was a proud accomplishment indeed, but her over-riding feeling was one of pride at being part of a young airline that was progressive and forward thinking enough to welcome female pilots.
Being a captain is a position of utmost responsibility. the true goal of all pilots should always be the safe and happy travel of guests. When her supervisor feels that she is ready for the step up, and I have successfully passed all relevant tests, i will confidently make the advancement.
Therefore, she became captain from co-pilot
She can happy to say that she has never had any problem working in a male dominated field. Having worked in the engineering field prepared her fully, and this is an environment that she regard as quite normal.She is navigating the male world.
AiAsia has a family-like atmosphere. A strong indicator of this is our motto. "Now Everyone Can Fly" that represents a modern and warm workplace culture. To be an Allstar means that we are part of a highly-trained and highly skilled workforce, all striving toward one common goal and work philosophy.
